About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the rapidly growing ssv.network DAO foundation in the Cayman Islands (this is a remote position). As an Operations Manager, you will have a wide-variety of responsibilities in the intersection between the various ssv.network DAO stakeholders and their needs to operationalize the real-world capability of the DAO. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast-paced project at the forefront of web3 governance, DVT, DKG, and Ethereum staking. You will work closely with a variety of the most innovative projects in web3.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working within the finance or blockchain industry.
• Multidisciplinary background with experience in one or more of the following subject areas: finance, business development, marketing, PR, and operations in jurisdictions such as the EU, UK, US, or Asia.
• Above basic knowledge of the crypto industry, NFTs, and blockchain technology, including smart contracts, and understanding their relevance and application.
• Understanding of how various crypto wallets work and how to execute transactions through various Multi-Sig providers.
• Proactive in keeping up to date with crypto and web3 developments.
• Experience advising on risk mitigation relating to processes.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to drive negotiations and projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proactive and flexible availability, willing to adapt to changing circumstances and contribute when required.

What you’ll do:

• Communicating with the ssv.network DAO stakeholders (Grants, Multi-Sig, and Verified Operators Committee).
• Communicating with the Cayman Islands services providers of the ssv.network DAO.
• Business development with external stakeholders and potential new service providers, depending on the needs of the DAO.
• Creating, facilitating, operationalizing, and seeing through the day-to-day processes of the Cayman Islands Foundation on behalf of the DAO.
